Wednesday is designated as Members Day Blitz and Gaggle. Saturday is designated as Members Day Gaggle for the Pendleton Memorial Golf Association. Essentially, the course is closed to all other patrons and guests during the times designated. There are signup sheets with starting times posted for all PMGA members, unless a special tournament warrants a shotgun start. It is the responsibility of PMGA members to utilize the sign up sheet provided to establish a tee time for that week.
It is the member’s responsibility to participate in the Members Day Blitz and Gaggle on Wednesdays as well as Saturday Gaggle. A portion of the games money is deposited in the PMGA funds to help defray expenditures for our tournaments and administative cost. The fee for being a participant in the Wednesday Blitz is $1.00 to $7.00, depending on which part of the games you wish to participate and the Gaggle is $10.00 for the game and $5.00 for birdies. The fee for being a participant in the Saturday Gaggle is $10.00 for the game and $5.00 for birdies. Complete the appropriate envelope and deposit your envelope in the Pro Shop mail slot.
Conditions of Competition
- PLAY IS GOVERNED BY USGA “THE RULES OF GOLF” AND THE PMGA LOCAL RULES.
- In all Wednesday Blitz, Gaggle and Saturday Gaggle and Tournaments, unless posted and instructed otherwise, the ball shall be played “AS IT LIES’. The weather, construction, maintenance, etc., does require temporary modification of the rules occasionally.
YOU ARE URGED TO PARTICIPATE IN THE WEDNESDAY BLITZ AND GAGGLE, SATURDAY GAGGLE AND PMGA TOURNAMENTS AS OFTEN AS POSSIBLE. HELP SUPPORT YOUR CLUB!!
