
The Pendleton Memorial Golf Association (PMGA) is an association of individuals founded for the purpose of promoting the game of golf aboard Marine Corps Base, Camp Pendleton, encouraging adherence to the rules of golf, golf etiquette, sportsmanship, and increasing the social and recreational enjoyment of golf through of the association of its members.
“Our course” is nestled among the rolling foothills and mature trees of the Windmill Canyon. Marine Memorial Golf Course, measures 6,865 yards from the tips and is one of Camp Pendleton’s best kept secrets. Designed by visionary golf course architect William P. “Billy” Bell, the course has been praised for its bunker shaping, superior greens, ingenuity and innovations in golf course construction. The Marine Memorial Golf Course is Bell’s finest 18-hole PGA Championship course which is a challenge for the seasoned golfer, yet playable for the novice. We encourage you come and enjoy the Marine Corps heritage of this legendary course.
The PMGA has a broad and diverse membership to include Active Duty and Retired Military personnel from all branches of the Armed Forces, their family members, DOD personnel, and civilians are welcome to join us. Please see of Membership Section for information about joining the PMGA.
All PMGA members are automatically members of the Southern California Golf Association (SCGA) and they are eligible to participate in all PMGA events and activities.
